Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Some of our services may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” options. This policy outlines how each of those works and what your rights and responsibilities are when purchasing.
Ad Creative Drop Subscriptions
When you sign up for a Fall Line Digital Ad Creative Drop subscription, you’re subscribing to receive recurring batches of custom ad creative at a cadence and volume you choose. This is not a one-size-fits-all service—each Drop is thoughtfully produced, and planning for future Drops may begin well in advance of delivery.
How Billing Works:

You’ll be billed automatically based on your selected subscription cycle.

Your payment details are stored securely and charged at the start of each cycle unless you’ve prepaid.
Cancelling or Pausing:

We require 30 days’ notice to cancel or pause your subscription.
This gives us time to adjust your creator pipeline and content calendar—some of which may already be in motion for your next Drop. -
If you cancel with fewer than 30 days' notice, you will still be charged for and receive the next scheduled Drop.

After that, your subscription will end or pause as requested.

Refunds:
Because this is a digital, made-to-order service, we do not offer refunds for Ad Creative Drop subscriptions once a billing cycle has begun. Please see our Return & Feedback Policy for full details.
