Return & Feedback Policy
All of our services—including Ad Creative Drops, Meta & Google Ad Account Audits, and CRO Audits—are custom digital offerings designed specifically for your brand. For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
Feedback & Revisions (Ad Creative Drops Only)
Every Ad Creative Drop includes two rounds of feedback to make sure we land on something you love.

You must provide feedback within 24 hours of receiving your original drop in order to receive your included revisions.

Feedback received after that window may not be eligible for revisions, and the project will be considered complete.
We hold this boundary to keep timelines moving forward—for your sake and ours.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Mistakenly purchased the wrong package? We get it.
You can upgrade or downgrade your Ad Creative Drop, Audit, or CRO service within 48 hours of your original purchase, as long as work hasn’t started yet. Email becca@falllinedigital.com right away and we’ll help get it sorted.
When We May Decline a Project
We reserve the right to decline or refund your purchase if we determine your business, product, or request is not a fit for our services. This includes—but isn’t limited to—projects that:

Involve illegal activity

Contain sexual or adult content

Go against our values or the policies of the platforms we work on (Meta and Google)
If this happens, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
